Hello! Welcome back to my page. I am going to share with you guys one of my favorite breakfast. I am a vegetarian and I also don't eat much bread. (I know I have a boring life! lol.) But here is something I love to make for breakfast and I feel is not very hard to make either. Step 1: You grease up your pan I use olive oil Step 2: You chop up your veggies, I am using tomato, onions, and jalapenos. You put them on the pan and cook until soft. (I forgot to take that picture....sorry.) Step 3: You add a bit more oil and then put a tortilla just for about 5-8 seconds and then flip for about another 5-8 seconds and remove from the pan. It should be golden but soft. Step 4: You place the tortillas on the bottom of the plate I use 3. You then add your veggies on top of the tortilla. Step 5: Sunny side up eggs.
