Today's Shenanigans

I will try to share a positive quote everyday, but I am not going to promise I will.  I do it on my instagram and facebook: MontseHarashima.  This was todays quote, which helped me start posting on the blog.  I had been thinking of posting on the blog for a while now, but  I was actually scared.  I had done it before and I was actually pretty good at it.  But for some reason doing it now seemed scary.  I was scared of failure and what would people say of me doing it again.  What if it did not work..? But then  I really thought about it.  What am I going to lose if I don't make it.  NOTHING! Because I won't, I started thinking of how great this is going to go and how my work will pay off.  Positive thinking, will attract positive outcomes.  I want to share this positively with you guys, and spread with others.

Thursday Transformation

Thursday I will try to dedicate it to my fashion post.  As a mom I have struggled with my fashion senses.  Before my kids I had an awesome fashion knowledge.  I used to be in the fashion/ modeling world (which I miss so much!!!.) At some point of my life I used to get paid to dress people and give fashion advice.  If you see me now with my kids and I told you that you would be like, "yeah right..?lol."  But we all change after having kids, some of us change more than the others.  For the ones like me, that lost completely themselves and are trying to find themselves again after having kids.  I hope this helps.  For the ones that did not struggle, let me congratulate you and say HELP US!!!!!!!! lol Please, give us some pointers on what to do. Nice and kindly give some advice,  And for the ones that are okay with leggings and t-shirts for the rest of your life.  We love your confidence and there is nothing wrong with that.  You go gir...

Mom Victories

As a mom we always have many tasks to complete.  Some are big some are small.  Some are related to house chores, work, family, etc.  We have a to due list of never ending things.  But what do we do when we finish something that has taken us a while to finish or we usually see no end to.  We start thinking of why it took us so long to acomplish?  How we will never let it happen again! Then we start a guilt trip, a very unnecessary guilt trip over the smallest things.  Not only moms do it, women do it.  But as a mom  I feel like we do it a lot because we have the pressure of perfection.  We want to be the best employees, best moms, best wives, on top of our games.  With out taking actual time to our selves and giving ourselves credit.  We are freaking warriors.  All the things we accomplish and all we do is complain of how it could of been done better or faster?  We need to do better.  I have noticed I used t...

Stay at Home Mom..?

For a couple of weeks I had told my husband I had a feeling I needed to be at home with our youngest son.  He is 3 years old, my brother and his wife were helping us babysit him while we were at work.  I kept getting a feeling, that I was going to be home soon.  That soon I was going to be a stay at home mom.  I would tell my sister, my mother and my husband for about a week.  As if God was preparing me or maybe telling me I needed to be at home and quit my job and slow down in life.  I mean I don't know exactly what he was saying, but I am pretty sure he was telling me to slow down...Okay he was telling me to sit down some where.  He had been telling me along with my family and friends.  See I kept getting sick, and weak.  I kept feeling the need to rest but did I rest?  We both know the answer to that... No, I did not.  I am a mom of 3 kids.  I am a super mom of 3 kids.  The mom that did the volunteering at church, and ...

Men don't understand when you are pregnant

First I want to thank everybody for reading my first post on the blogg.  Mainly my guy friends that responded to it.  The feedback they gave is what inspired me to do this post. Being pregnant is one of the most beautiful things to happen to a women.  Also one of the worst. I think in reality there are more things we hate about being pregnant than like.  I mean being a mom is amazing and empowering.  You have a human growing inside of you, you feel it move and grow.  You have a love bond sense the day you accept being pregnant. But the changes and things we have to go through while we are pregnant suck! And some girls have no kind of complication or pain or sickness.  I mean that is a blessing!!! They might of been mother teresa in their past life, because most of the pregnant girls I know, and I have a complain list! 1. Morning sickness:  People think that you throw up in the morning and then you go on with your day.  Some can do that, ...

I wanted my pregnancy a secret...

It took me  while to know exacly what to post about. I knew I wanted to share what I was going through. But I didn't know where to start. So I will start with what seems to bother me the most.  For those that do not know.  I am pregnant with my third (yes #3) child, and yes I am only 22. To be quite honest we wanted to keep the pregnancy a secret. Because we did not want to deal with the people asking, why did we do it? Instead of congratulating us for expecting a baby.  I mean it is our third child, and people act like we have no idea the expenses that come with having kids. Or we never heard of birth control and condoms.  I mean do people actually stop and think of the kind of insults they are saying to us?? Do we look or act that stupid, to not know??? But let me share what people really do not know! 1.  My husband and I wanted to have another baby. Because we always wanted a girl.  The girl we were going to have did not make it 4 years ago. ( ...
